You know what God wants from you? ...

Make the ultimate goal of your life Divine love, and surrender to it. You know what God wants from you? Surrender your mind to Him, continuously. Surrender your mind to the lotus feet of God, to the feet of your Guru, to the feet of any Divine master, and free yourself. Free yourself from the mind, free yourself from all the misery that you created. When you free your mind, you realise the Divine everywhere, in every aspect, in every small thing. Even the clothes you are wearing are divine. Each atom is divine. If you have divine eyes to look at the world with, you will see that it is just the radiated light of God shining through everything, but as 

long as you don’t come to that realisation, keep trying. Never lose hope. The moment you lose hope, you lose everything. The moment you say “No, I can’t do it, I can’t do this,” you will not be able to do it. Challenge your fear! Keep reminding yourself that you are a part of God. You are in His Divine hands and He will never let go of you. Never! He will be always near to you, even nearer than the breath, the air you are breathing in.You try to imagine a little bit with the mind, how close God is. It’s difficult, isn’t it? The mind will never let you imagine that.  Only when you start thinking with the mind of the heart – then you can realise the divinity completely. 

We say that the Divine manifests Himself....

Christ said “In the future there will be lots of prophets." If a saint would come and say "Come, I will show you the Kingdom of God; it’s this place or that place" don’t follow them, because the Kingdom of God is not here and there. It’s inside of you.” This is the first place where you have to find Him, you have to realise Him. You have not to just say “Oh, I believe in God.” For sure, all of you sitting here, all of you say “Yes, I believe in God.” I believe very much that all of you believe in God, but believe in God within you. Believe in God that the energy, which is given to you to act in this world, is only Him. This is the first step. Once you have this first step, He will manifest Himself through you. It’s not just the energy that you have now. This is just 5 % of the whole energy that you use. There is much more. We say that the divine manifests Himself, no? Of course, He has the power to manifest also on the outside as on the inside. Once you start thinking like that, He will reveal Himself inside of you. In that revelation of the Divine within you, there is the removal of the duality, that you are separated from everything. This is where the saints always say that they have this deep communion with God and when one has this communion with God, all the duality of the outside disappears, because only the oneness of God consciousness which pervades everything stays. You Realise that you, your Self, from the beginning you are fully realised. Then you realise also how stupid you are, because you have been traveling around and looking for something which is just here, always with you. So let’s look forward to the next year, but start now. Like it is said “The future is unborn. The past is gone. The present is reality.” It’s all now!

When one knows one´s path, one goes directly. Take this path and just go and Realise your Self!....

When you are centred, when you concentrate, when you pray, when you chant the Name of God, that moment is between you and God. Christ said: If you want to pray, don’t make it as a show. Run to the darkest corner where you and your Father, you and God are alone, where you converse with the Divine. And this corner where you can be quiet is your heart. The mind is never quiet. The mind is always thinking and you will make it quiet by chanting. When through chanting you train the mind to go inside your heart, in that deep quietness, you will Realise that God is sitting there and not because you know it in the mind, not because you have read about it, but because you have Realised it, because you feel it. We are all on the search. Of course, people will go left and right, looking for the truth. As long as one hasn´t found the spiritual path, one is never satisfied. It’s like a train which is going, but without knowing the destination. Like this train, people go left and right, but when one knows the destination, one goes directly to this destination. When one knows one´s path, one goes directly. Take this path and just go and Realise your Self! There was once a saint in India who lived as a hermit in a small hut made with grass. Once a couple came to him and said “Guruji, we love you so much that we would like to make you a nicer and stronger hut. Please come with us.” The saint answered “No, no, no, I’m happy where I am. I don’t want to come.” But after some time, he called the couple again and said “Yes, I will come with you, but can you do me one favour?” The couple were very happy and said “If you are asking, we will do anything for you.” The saint said to the couple “Let me come and live in your toilet.” The couple were wondering “We want to build a nice hut for you, so why do you want to come and live in our toilet?” The saint said “I would rather stay in your toilet than among devotees or people who are only looking for fame and glory. These people come to me and they are only looking for how to end their misery, but they are not really looking for God. If I stay in the toilet, I would rather bear the smell of the toilet than the insincerity of those people and, also, the smell of the toilet will keep them away!” This made the couple realise how people are. People are searching, yes, but they are not sincere towards themselves. Only when you are sincere towards yourself, you will find your path. When you accept yourself, when you accept the Will of God and whatever He gives you as right, you surrender to His Will, you surrender to His Love and then you say “Yes, God, I believe in You and I trust in whatever You are doing for me. I trust in Your Love and I don’t doubt You.” But when we doubt Him and question Him, we are not truthful. Then we say “God, You have made a mistake.” But how could God make a mistake when He is so perfect? How could Love, which is the purity of your True Self, make a mistake? It can’t. It can be a mistake only when there is doubt, when there is fear. But when all these things are cleared-up, when all of these things are put away by the Holy Names of God - which are thousands of Names - then you will see His glory, you will feel His Love. While singing, some people were dancing. When you are dancing for God, you are doing, also, a kind of dancing yoga. You are forgetting about your body, you are forgetting about your mind, you are just singing the glory of God, singing the Name of God. In this way, you are decreasing the power of the mind. You will notice that after moving, when you sit down and relax, your concentration is much better than if you just sit down. When you just sit, your mind is jumping left and right. When you dance in the right way, you are energising yourself; you are calling upon this inner Self to reveal Itself. And when you lift your hand up, you are calling to the Lord, to God “I’m in this illusion. I’m drowning in this illusion. Here, I’m lifting my hand up to You. Pull me out of this illusion. I’m surrendering.” You will notice that in all the Holy Scriptures, there is this phrase, which says: Lord, I’m lifting my hand up to You. Come to rescue me. You will find it in the Psalms, you will find it in the Koran and you will find it, also, in the Gita. So singing the glory of God transcends all religions, transcends all cultures, transcends all races, transcends all what the mind can create and you will find God inside of you.

When you train yourself, with patience and with Love......

Spirituality is born within each one’s heart, but it is born in each one’s mind, because you have to want it firstly. You want God, you want to achieve this realisation of who you are, but it is not achieved just by saying it. Say to yourself “I want to change my life. I really want to realise my Self, to realise who I am. I really want to do what I have come here to do.” There are many paths, there are many ways and they all are good. There is no judgement of any way. Develop bhakti; develop devotion. The first step that you have to make is to develop devotion. Don’t try to take a big jump. When I meet people, often I see that they want a big thing all at once. It´s fine, God will happily give you everything that you want, but the point is whether you will be able to handle it or not. Often, although you can only hold so much in your hand, when you look at things, you want to hold too much. It’s difficult. When you train yourself, with patience and with Love, you will grow little by little and you will be able to handle what God gives you. Keep reminding yourself of the Love of God and that whatever you do, wherever you are, He is with you all the time. There is no moment that He is not with you. Often we say God is not with us, but we forget that we are not with God, we don’t think about God all the time. Then we say He is not with us. It is easy to put the blame on Him, but anyway, like Christ said “I will bear your weight.” He is happy to carry it also, but we should not always put it on His shoulders.At the beginning of the year 2007, through His grace, Mahavatar Babaji instructed me to give Atma Kriya Yoga. Atma Kriya is similar to Kriya Yoga, which is considered one of the easiest ways to reach realisation, but still there is a difference, because Atma Kriya deals with devotion; it deals with the Love that you are. People who have practiced it will know what I am talking about. Atma Kriya is for everybody, it’s not necessary that you be in  Bhakti Marga to do Atma Kriya. Whoever wants to do Atma Kriya is most welcome. It will be good for all of you and it will be good for the people around you, but you have to want it. Like in all the paths, you have to want it; you have to really say “God, I want this; I want you!

Spirituality is humility, is respect and is Love. Above all, we all love. All religions, all paths and all Masters say to love and that is spirituality. It is so simple.

Let the Love of God completely take possession of you.....

When He’s taking something out, let Him take. What He takes out 

will be replaced by Divine Love. You will feel this Cosmic Love inside 

of you. You will feel this Great Love of God inside of you, and in 

this Love you will cry, you will laugh, you will not even understand 

it with the mind what is happening to you. Let it happen,   don’t 

question it, because you have to let the Love of God completely 

take possession of you. As long as there is the mind, you will never 

understand His Love. 

Only when you renounce the mind you can understand His 

Love. You can’t analyse, you can’t understand Him, because 

understanding is with the mind and with the mind there is no 

point in  understanding Him. You have to renounce, you have to 

surrender to Him. When you surrender, you don’t question Him. 

You don’t question why it is like that, why it is like this. You just 

accept it, because you know He’s with you.

While you are going through this purifcation, know that the Lord 

is near to you in whatever form you call Him. If you like Him in this 

Nrsinghadev form, He will come in this form. If you like Him in 

the form of Jesus, he will come in the form of Jesus. You see, God 

is not limited to one form. He’s unlimited. That’s why He is God. If 

God were limited, then He would not be God. Then He would be the 

fashion of one’s mind, but God is not that. Even if you give a form 

to Him, He’s not that. He’s beyond our creation. He’s beyond our 

mind’s creation.

 When we invoke the Lord, we have also to invoke Him inside our hearts.  

                                When He takes full possession of us, we become Him.

“Help yourself and God shall help you.....”

When we look at a Saint who is in union with God – what is the name of the union with God? We have the Sanskrit name, samadhi, don’t we? What is  samadhi? Everybody longs for  samadhi but the state of  samadhi is without any discrimination, without any judgement. It is pure Love. As long as you see the judgement in your mind, as long as there is discrimination in your mind, you will still have to work to attain the non-discrimination state and then, only this real Love, this pure Love will awaken. When this pure Love awakens, it embraces you. It is not a feeling that you will say “Yes, I feel happy or I feel sad.” It is beyond that. If I could express it with words, it would not be what I’m talking about. This is the state where you find union with the Divine, where you realise your Self. As long as you are searching, you are just searching for that Love. When you find it, you will only find that Love. So don’t lose hope, no matter what, know that the Divine is always with you and wherever you are, whatever you do, it’s Him who is doing through you. Try your best from your side, you have always to try your best. The human being is not perfect and I’m sure later on it will not be perfect either, because when one becomes perfect, one has this quality that I just said before. When one becomes perfect, one becomes Divine, so one is not human anymore. But as long as one has this quality, one stays human. Try your best to become Divine. That is what all the great Masters have taught. Christ came and taught that, Krishna has taught that and all of them have taught to realise your own divinity, because only then real happiness will be there. Then you can say “Yes, I am happy,” because that happiness will not go away, it will stay forever. Otherwise you will stay in illusion. You will think and try to make yourself think that you are happy. As long as you have not attained that, keep trying. You will receive all the help needed as long as you give your hand because if you don’t make your effort, you can’t expect God to do His effort, do it for you. He is fully realised, but He is here to help you to realise your Self, but you have to give your hand. You have to do your part. Otherwise it will be like somebody who is thirsty sits down and says “I am thirsty, I’m thirsty, I’m thirsty!” Do you think the thirst will go away? No, it would not go away. The person has to get up, make the effort of opening the tap, take a glass, put it under the tap and bring the water to the mouth and drink it. Then the thirst goes away. It is the same if you just sit around and say “OK, I wait for God-Realisation to come.”  It will not jump from there on your head. It is only when you prove yourself and that you are making an effort that the Divine will help you. You know the saying that says “Help yourself and God shall help you.”

You will realise this cosmic Christ within, which is our Self. Of course, this is not a very quick process. You really have to dedicate yourself to that. It’s not just by touching it a little bit and feeling it and saying, “OK, this is good. I will take it or not.” You have really to be in it...... deep inside. You really have to fall in love completely. Completely trust, to really know the depth of this love, to really know the depth of this trust. One way is through meditation.

Remove the veil of Illusion......

Krishna said, “All that is and all that you feel is just a game. I create, I protect and I destroy everything by my own will. And it all goes back to me. Maya, illusion, has created a veil of separation. With this veil, you can’t see that you are all a part of me.”

That is actually why you are all here… to remove this veil. There are many lifetimes that you keep on with the same game. And you repeat and repeat the same thing, forgetting that the Lord is here deep inside our heart. We are looking for Him on the outside. We are looking for Him in this world, but we can just drop deep inside ourselves and find Him. Let go of the mind which is always busy looking on the outside. If we just drop ourselves deep in our heart, we can feel this peace and happiness and enjoy it.

When you go to the Hindu Temple, the first things you see are the feet of the Deity. The first thing that you do is to bow down to the feet. When you go to the Master, you bow down to the feet. So, you bow down to the greatness, you bow down to the Divine inside, you bow down to the Father within the Teacher. And that is what Christ said. He said it word for word. I don’t even need to say anything about it. I don’t even need to comment on it. It’s just very clear about this non-duality of God within man and, also, very clear on the way of God-Realisation, the way of Self- Realisation, or whatever you want to call it. But you will not reach God-Realisation, Self-Realisation, with pride. You will not reach it being very arrogant. You will reach it only when you are humble, and He said: People will be against me. You know where you are going and you know why. So, meditate on that. Glory be to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and to the ages of ages. Amen.

From untruth to truth, from darkness to light, from mortality to immortality...

If you want to Realise your Self, focus more on what you have here inside of you. You have a great treasure. Each one of you is special. Each one of you has special duty, dharma. And pray that you Realise the purpose of your incarnation. That’s why we pray: Asato ma sat gamaya, Tamaso ma jyotir gamaya, Mrityor ma amritam gamaya. The sages have always prayed this mantra, have always chanted this mantra, which means: From untruth to truth, from darkness to light, from mortality to immortality. This is who we are. When we have limitation, we are always in the untruth of ourselves, because we don’t see the Reality. We are always in the shadow. That’s why we ask that the shadow of ignorance be removed and that we are in the light, in the wisdom of the Divine; that our mere mortality is transformed into our immortality, which is our atma.   

The Art of Controlling the Mind.....

After so many lives we attain a human body. A human is very special. A human is gifted with the grace of attaining and merging with the Divine and becoming One with the Lord, of realising the Lord within himself. Why do we always limit ourselves? Why do we always like this limitation? Why are we not free? It is there. It has been given to you, but you forget about it. Work to concentrate, to focus your mind, to make your mind positive. Work through increasing the power and the strength inside of you. When you know that the Divine is with you, you really know He is with you. Whenever you chant the Divine Names, don’t think that

the Divine is far away. The Divine  is present, is nearer than your heartbeat. So close is the Lord, you know, but yet we see Him as if He is so far away. When we talk about attaining the Lord, it seems like some distance but, actually, it’s not that far. When you have learned to control your mind, when you have learned to concentrate and focus it, you will see that He is ever sitting in each part of your body, because the human body is not just made of flesh and bones like we say. It is indeed, but when we look at the mystical form of the human body, there are all the Deities present inside. A certain Deity is responsible for each part of your body. This is beautiful. If you can look beyond the physical body and see the Divine, which is seated in each part of you, you will learn to respect this body. You will learn to love it. What about the word ‘Love’, which we always talk about? One time in Germany I was asking the question “I always talk about Love, but I was wondering how many of you really understand what I am saying about Love? ” We know many forms of love, many kinds of love. In all kinds of love, there is Love, but when we are  on the spiritual path, we talk about unconditional Love. It’s another degree of Love. It’s a Love that transcends the mind itself; that transcends what we understand with the mind. It’s a Love that even transcends the heart itself. How many hearts do we have? Well, we have one physical heart and one spiritual heart, but we have only one brain. I have never heard of a spiritual brain. Since you have two hearts and one brain,  why does this mind seem so much bigger? Isn’t it said that two are stronger than one? This is the illusion that the mind always creates,

to show that it is more powerful, to show that it is stronger, that it can control everything. In reality, it can’t control anything and it knows that. That’s why the mind creates fear, and when you hang with this fear you are never free. That’s why on the spiritual path we say “Think with your heart and feel with your heart. Stay in your heart always.” Our physical heart is always hanging out in the realm of thoughts, but our spiritual heart is much stronger. That’s what we have to discover. To attain this spiritual heart, the journey is from the physical heart to the spiritual heart, from the spiritual heart to the higher Consciousness. That’s the journey for each one of us; if it is not in this lifetime, it will be in the next life, or in the next, next, next life. But if you can do it in this lifetime, don’t waste time! Don’t lose hope, because we are all part of the Divine, whether we want it or not. Whoever we are, we are this and we will attain Him. It doesn’t matter how many lifetimes one takes on Earth. He is the source. He is the beginning and He is the end. Very often people talk about themselves as if they know themselves. You know only one part of yourself, only this self that you think of as yourself now in this life. In this physical body, in this present moment, you think you know yourself. You don’t know anything about yourself. If you want to know about yourself, you have to start working. 

You know there is a thing called dying while you are still alive, which means samadhi.....

To want Him means to devote oneself sincerely, to develop this pure Love that is already there, just to let

it out and let it spread around. With this devotion and pure Love, one will realise that the Divine is not outside, but it is inside, in this microcosmic form of the Universe that He has implanted in us. When a yogi looks inside of himself, he doesn’t see in the same way that human beings see things, because human beings want to see many things. How many human beings want to see the Ultimate within them? If you haven’t found the Ultimate inside of you, how would you find the Ultimate outside? How would you find it in all His Creation? We say God pervades everything but how many people achieve this state? Very few! Like in the Gita, it said “Out of a million, only few will attain Him.” Through the Divine Names, which have been given, go inside. Utilise the Cosmic Names of God and attain Him. That’s what Shiva teaches us. That’s what all the Deities, if you analyse them properly, teach us: to realise this oneness with the Creator. We have to take time and be patient. Not in one month of spiritual practice will you attain the Divine, not even in one year! If you read the Vedas, if you read the Upanishads, you will see that it took yogis hundreds of years to attain the Divine, but it was that age. So it’s a lucky age now, because just by chanting the Divine Names you can attain Him. It’s so simple, no? You know there is a thing called dying while you are still alive, which means  samadhi. We will do a meditation and, if you do it properly, you can go into Samadhi. It doesn’t mean that you will die. No, you will come back again.

You are the child of God. You are part of the Divine creation. So make this your achievement. Make this your goal in life. Wherever you are, remind yourself of this goal. Whenever you think that you are doing something wrong or you’re acting in the wrong way, close your eyes, drop inside, deep inside your heart and ask the Self and then listen to it. Only when your mind is quiet will you hear the heart talking to you. So keep practicing, I always say it, and I will keep saying it – maybe every time you come for darshan you will hear the same thing. As long as you don’t practice it properly I will keep saying it, I will bore you with it, because I would love all of you to reach Divinity. I want all of you to realise the love of God that is inside you, not only that – I want all of you to become an instrument of this love, you know, and share it around. Bring it to everybody. You don’t need to go and hug the person or whatever to share the love of God – just by the reflection of your face, this light will be passed on wherever you go; this light will be continuously with you. 

Floating in the Hand of God......

In this kirtan that we just sang, the meaning of the first two lines: Chori Chori Makhan Kha Gayo Re is: very stealthily Krishna is stealing butter and eating it. The second line, Sabke Man Ko Loobha Gayo Re, means: in the same way He steals the butter, the same way God steals the heart of Man.  God steals the hearts of men, the same way, little by little, He steals the heart. This is actually the Love. This is what one has to go through to let one’s heart be stolen by God. The more you resist, the more it becomes difficult. The more you say “Yes, take it. Steal it. It is yours already,” the more you will see how you float in your spiritual path, how you float in the hand of God, but the more you use the mind and try to stop it, the more you will see that there will be lots of pain that will come. The pain gets transformed into Divine Love, merges into Divine Love and becomes Divine Love, because even pain, even problems, all is from Him. The one small step that one has to take is to realise that it is from Him. We know it and we say “Yes, everything is from God,” but when a problem comes we forget about God. We don’t say that it is from God. Actually, there is His Hand in it also, we just need to be aware of that. In the calmness of your mind, in the depth of your heart, you know that everything is His game. All of you who are sitting here know it’s His game. As long as we like this drama, as long as we want to play this game, we will be in the game. That’s what Krishna did as His Lila when he was small, and that’s the same Lila that we are all playing. We think that spirituality is far away. No, spirituality is very near; it’s just here in one’s heart. In all the techniques that we will be talking about very soon – through the grace of Mahavatar Babaji we’ll be doing the Atma Kriya – He is there already. He is already sitting there. All techniques lead you to this path. With all these techniques that we do, including meditation, we are saying to God “Here, I am surrendering myself. Reveal Yourself to me. Let me taste the little sweetness of the Amrita that You are, that is deep within me.” Like I said, through the grace of Mahavatar Babaji, soon we’ll do the Atma Kriya and you will see how easy it is to be in the different mood of the Divine, anytime. Often people think “Why do we have to be spiritual? Why do we have to be ready for God?” Why not just sit down and say “God will give whenever He wants to give?” It’s true if you don’t make any effort, you will not know how to handle what God wants to give you. It’s only when you start making your effort and say “Yes God, I’m working on myself to be ready for You. I’m working on myself to be ready for this realisation and I’m trying to be ready also to help others”, then God will give it to you. Even if He has to give it on a silver plate or even on a diamond plate, He will do it, but the effort, you have to do it. When you look at the mind, it’s decorated with so many beautiful things that it traps people into it. To become spiritual is to divert this beauty of the mind to the heart, and go in the boat of the heart to reach the final destination, to reach the Oneness of God within you. All that you are practicing is good; whatever path you take is good. Know that the main thing is that you have to reach. The more you say “Yes, take it. Steal it. It is yours already”, the more you will see how you float in your spiritual path, how you float in the hand of God. But the more you use the mind and try to stop it, the more you will see that there will be lots of pain that will come.

When the drop merges into the ocean, there is no identification.....

You see, God is not limited to one form. He’s unlimited. That’s why He is God. If God were limited, then He would not be God. Then He would be the fashion of one’s mind, but God is not that. Even if you give a form to Him, He’s not that. He’s beyond our creation. He’s beyond our mind’s creation. Like it is said in the Bible “Give what belongs to God back to God.” So what belongs to Him is everything. In our mind we think that something belongs to us. Yesterday I said that we came with nothing; we will go with nothing. All that belongs to us is from Him. He creates everything and He will annihilate everything in Him. Everything is born from Him and everything will merge back into Him. It’s of no use to resist Him. You can try your best, you can try life after life, but at the end it’s only Him who will win. Only your True Self will win. And you are part of Him. You are the droplet in the ocean, but you are not yet the ocean and you will never become the ocean, because you stay always this drop. When the drop merges into the ocean, there is no identification. Where is the drop and where is the ocean? Until you reach the point of merging into the ocean, Love Him. Serve Him. Enjoy Him. This is in your capacity to do. All that we are doing is to express our Love to Him, to express how much we want Him, how much we want to Realise Him.

The love of God is the only Reality......

I’ll tell you something: to realise the Love of God you have to live it; you can’t read it. To realise devotion, bhakti, you have to live bhakti. Then you can have just a glimpse of this Love. I’ll tell you something more: even a glimpse of this Love is a lot for this body. Try your best always to achieve this Love, because this is the only Reality. All that we think is real, all these things are just an illusion and will fade with time. The body is an illusion; with time it will grow old and disappear. But yet, the reality of the Atma will stay. How many people really arrive in a lifetime to the point of realising the Atma Swarupa - the real form of the Atma? 

At the Feet of the Father.....

...So, in this reading of the Gospel you see the Crucifixion of Jesus, but before the crucifixion, He had given many commandments to His Disciples. Above all, the commandment that He gave to the Disciples was to Love. How many times in this small piece has He been talking about Love? Many times, not twice, but many, many times He spoke about Love in it. And He also shows the non-duality of the Self, of being One with the Father. Because we are bound by the dualistic aspect of the body, we are limited. He even said it “Whoever loves me, they are with me and I am with them and they are with the Father and the Father is with them.” So, if He is with the Father, the Father is also with them, so there is no duality. That means that whoever loves, they are One with God. But this word Love, very often we take it for granted. We are like little Judases, you know, who love God for His gifts, who love God always for something. How many times do you really love God for the sake of loving Him and not asking anything? Always we ask God for something, but He is not bound by anything. He is not saying not to ask. He says ask, yes, until really you ask what it is you are here for. And why you are here is to Realise this Love. And when you Realise this Love that you have inside, you transcend everything and all becomes One. There is no duality that separates you from the Father. All the practices that you are doing, your meditation, your Kriya, all you are doing is for what? It’s to Realise your Self, no? But many people think they are Realised and they become very arrogant and they are the ones who judge everybody. They are the ones who say “Oh, this is right; this is wrong.” He said it. It is part of the Gospel. Jesus said: The Father is present everywhere, in everything. It is not up to me to say it, but you will know about it. If you just take this part of the Gospel and you meditate only on that, you will have a whole truth in it – especially about Love. I always talk about love, love, love, always, you know. It is true that the world doesn’t yet know about it. And yet, you are working for that, all of you who are spiritual, all of you who are searching for the truth. It is not outside, it is here inside of you, but you have to want to change. You have to really say “Yes, I want to change.” Like He said: Even if you want to change, the world will be against you. It’s perfectly true! Ask yourself in your life, in your own life itself, when you took the spiritual path, how many people became against you–firstly in your own family? So, it is normal. The more you advance towards the light, the others will be jealous, because inside everybody wants that. Everybody wants to be with the Father. Everybody wants to be close to the Divine, but, yet, they don’t want to make any effort. They don’t want to make any change to their life. They want to get everything happily and for free. So, if you want this really and sincerely, then be sincere towards yourself and ask the Father. Ask God and you will have it. It’s simple.

We say God pervades everything but how many people achieve this state?.....

To want Him means to devote oneself sincerely, to develop this pure Love that is already there, just to let

it out and let it spread around. With this devotion and pure Love, one will realise that the Divine is not outside, but it is inside, in this microcosmic form of the Universe that He has implanted in us. When a yogi looks inside of himself, he doesn’t see in the same way that human beings see things, because human beings want to see many things. How many human beings want to see the Ultimate within them? If you haven’t found the Ultimate inside of you, how would you find the Ultimate outside? How would you find it in all His Creation? We say God pervades everything but how many people achieve this state? Very few! Like in the Gita, it said “Out of a million, only few will attain Him.”

He’s not limited to any time, He’s not limited to any place, He’s not limited to any form......

Surrender body, mind, and soul completely to God. Let go of your identity, let go of this ‘I’, this egoism that makes you focus only on the outer. When you let go of your identity, then the Divine will reveal itself to you. Then you will see the unlimited. You will feel the blissful happiness. So open up – if the mind is still troubling you, take any divine aspect, focus your mind on it and surrender to the divine aspect until you reach the formless. From the form to the formless. So, do you want God? Do you want realisation? (Audience: Yes!) Is it a “Yes” from the heart or from the mind? (Laughing… audience: From the heart!) Don’t tell it to me – tell it to yourself and be sincere to yourself. Say, “Yes, I want it!” When you say it, “Yes, I want realisation, I want God!“ with such a determination, with such strength, such willpower, He will reveal Himself to you. He is accessible twenty-four hours, seven days a week, you know – always. He’s not limited to any time, He’s not limited to any place, He’s not limited to any form. When you close your eyes and drop inside yourself, you access Him. Try it. Close your eyes. Sure, your mind will trouble you, but don’t give much importance to it. The mind is also doing its part to create illusion. Remove all the pressure from your shoulders and travel inwardly. Use your mind to imagine, see your heart, your physical heart. It’s a beautiful organ which is pumping the blood in all the parts of your body. Look at it how beautiful it is! You know this.Deep in this organ, there is the greatest thing that has been given to humans! With each beat of the heart it is saying, “Let me out!” The Divine is calling from deep within you, “Let me out!” But you are the one with the key. Open up this heart, make this heart of flesh become the Heart of light, a light that the mind can’t comprehend, a light without any form, a light without any colour, the complete beautiful and most majestic light, even brighter than the sun. Then see the light...who you really are. Once you see it, once you have it – don’t let go of it. Keep it always and radiate this light. At every moment wherever you are, just be the light. Through this light healing will happen; through this light pain will be healed; through this light realisation will be achieved.
