Beyond all the duality that the mind creates is only the Self.....

I’m talking about opening the heart of man, opening your heart to love. Because you can love, you can love beyond what your mind is thinking about love. In the depth of this love you’ll be one with the Divine. Beyond all the duality that the mind creates is only the Self, and that’s what each one is here for. And no matter which path you are following, at the end, each path will reach that point. All paths are right but you have to be disciplined in them. When I say disciplined I don’t mean forcing or pressing. This is spirituality. Something that has to emerge from the heart of man, is like a flower that opens without any force. Let it open, and let it shine with beauty.

Close your eyes, drop inside your heart and feel this fullness.....

Don’t let the itching of the world get you. You want liberation? Make it strong in your mind; make it strong deep inside your heart. Let it reach fulfilment outside. You are this light. And you all can merge back in this light. You have to want it very, very strongly. It has to be the most important thing in your life. There are many divine incarnations. They all come, they all teach, they all go. People at different times assimilate it in their own way. But we are living in such an age right now that it is very easy to attain Self-realisation.

We just need to be simple with ourselves. Simple in the mind. When I say simple, I mean just to love. Make this love unconditional. This love that you have inside of you, the source of all things, let it flow. Don’t try to stop it; don’t put any barrier around it. Now you are putting up barriers. How long can these barriers hold this love? It will overflow one day. So let it overflow, let it flow right now. But at the end of life you will say, “Oh, I should have done this much more before. I wasted all my life in running after things that have a limit to them. .”

Close your eyes, drop inside your heart and feel this fullness. Feel the greatness of yourself. And this greatness is you. This greatness is who you really are. Without any egoism. Keep concentrating on this greatness inside you. This great love which is emanating from your heart. It passes through each cell of your body. Try to reflect it outside. Isn’t it beautiful to see each person as the full body of light?

There was a blind man who was taken to a big hole......

There was a blind man who was taken to a big hole. Some people then closed him in. In this hole there were eighty-four exits. Among these eighty-four exits, only one door was open. So they put the man inside and told the man to find this one door. So the man stopped, found the first door, tried to push it, but could not. Then the next door…the same thing. He reached the eighty-third door, but he didn’t know it. He had not been counting. When he was about to push this eighty-fourth door, his hand started to itch. So he forgot about the door and started scratching his hand. While scratching his hand, he missed the eighty-fourth door. Likewise, for many humans the door is now here. Don’t let the itching of the world get you. You want liberation? Make it strong in your mind; make it strong deep inside your heart. Let it reach fulfilment outside. You are this light. Through charity, through service, through love......

God will not only come to you in a beautiful form. He will always come, even as your own enemy. He will come, because this is how He will teach you to love – love without condition. Once there was a lady in Switzerland. She was walking down the street, and a beggar asked her to give him something. Her only reaction was to just take some money and give it to him. The moment the money reached the hand of the beggar, he disappeared. When she looked in the eyes of this man, he was just light, and he disappeared on the spot. Very often she talked about this story. Maybe you have heard it from someone.

So like that, I can tell you many stories, many facts that many people have told. Through charity, through service, through love they have experienced so much. And if you really want to experience the same thing – open up your heart and let Jesus work through you, let Krishna work through you, let God work through you. Through that you will realise His love, realise that He is always with you, and realise how much He loves you, and how much you can love. Even the mind cannot comprehend this; even the word love is too small for that what you can give. You have to want to give it, only then it can flow.

The greatest gift that God has given you......

Have you ever sat down and looked at the nature? Have you ever felt the nature? That Love which is burning inside of you, that Life which is inside of you is everywhere. If you analyse the Truth around you, if you analyse the beauty around you, you will realise that we are all linked together by one thing, which is Love. And it’s beyond the religions, it’s beyond the colours, it’s beyond your status in the outside. It’s beyond the duality that is in your mind, because Love doesn’t know any duality. Love just knows how to Love. And Love doesn’t expect anything. We express this Love every day. Some do it consciously and for some it happens unconsciously. The Divine Love we are talking about right now. You have to rise in love! And how to rise in love is to find your Self, to Realise your Self, to realise the greatest gift that God has given you.

And when you take time through your spiritual practice, you will realise the beauty of Love, the beauty of life and you will know why you are here. And once you have opened this fountain, this tap of Love, Love can just flow, nothing else.

Sri Swami Vishwananda talks about........

If we want to give Love, we have to become Love. Like Sri Krishna said in the Gita: A true yogi must first realise Me within himself, then, he realises Me as an extension of the Self everywhere. And also Christ said: Love your enemies, love everybody as you love yourself. To see the similarity of the teachings about Love and its importance

Sri Swami Vishwananda speaks about........" We are all running after the Love of God, but what is the love of God?
The Love of God is the Love that you can express.You express Love towards the Divine, but of course, it doesn’t have to be only to God, but to anyone who needs help."

So easy to spread love says Swami Vishwananda

Swamiji  Vishwananda encourages us again and again to love and to spread love. And he always says that it is so easy. But what do we do? We think about, how we can spread love, instead of just radiating love.

A few days ago I had a nice experience with one of my sisters here at Shree Peetha Nilaya regarding spreading love. It started with me getting annoyed with her and I expressed my anger. When I saw her the next time in the temple for prayers I could suddenly feel love for her. I was surprised about this lovely love-feeling, because in my mind I was still clinging to my anger, also my anger with myself. But this is what we humans love to do, we attach ourselves to the negative. It came quickly to my mind that she must be sending love to me. To send love to somebody with whom you have a conflict works miracles each time. Try it! Later I could ask her, whether my impression was right that she was sending love to me and she confirmed. You can send love in many ways, for example to send light, in all colours, silver, gold, you can imagine how the other is being showered with love-light. It is so simple. And the good thing is that you also benefit. That´s how love multiplies by giving. It is so simple, we just have to want it. We just have to give ourselves this little kick to get over ourselves and to send love instead of stupid thoughts.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

You are all here for one truth. And this truth is love. This love which is equal to all mankind. This love which is present deep in each one of your heart. Which is waiting and want to come out and express itself. But so often there is blockage. So often there is a knot that stops … a wall that stops man loving unconditionally. When you realize the only path is to love and to be in love continuously, you realize how much love God will, how much God love his creation. Same way God love, same way you can love also. All other kind of love is all secondary. All other kind of love is all secondary because mankind is here to become love.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

In India, there is a place called Puri, and there is a temple for Lord Krishna in the form of Jagarnath. He is an aspect of Krishna; a funny one. Every year, there is a big festival where they bring the deities out and carry them in the streets. Millions of people gather there, and all the people, even the king, will go and help cleaning the streets where they will bring the chariot of the Lord.

It happened that one day a very rich merchant came to Jagarnath, and seeing the Lord together with his brother Balaram and sister Subhadra, he said to himself, “This is just a mere wooden statue with big eyes, big smile. It´s just a black statue.” Then he said very proudly, “I will show how wealthy I am, and I will give one hundred thousand rupees.” So he went to the priest ans said, “Priest, I will donate one hundred thousand rupees to the temple to feed the Lord! But I have one condition: you have to use all this money for the food.”

The priest thought,”How will I use one hundred thousand rupees only for the food? Even if I would use the best ghee and all the best ingredients to make the prasad for the Lord, still the money would not be finished.” So all the priests gathered together and started discussing, “How could we finish one hundred thousand rupees for the prasad of the Lord?” Finally the highest priest came to a conclusion, he said, “OK, it seems that we can’t take any decision, but let Lord Jagarnath Himself, Let Krishna Himself take the decision.” They went to the merchant and said, “Listen, we haven´t come to a conclusion, but we will let the Lord Himself decide which kind of prasad He would like to have. Meanwhile, please stay with us until the Lord Himself will tell us what kind of prasad He wants....

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

Once, somebody went to a master. And when he went to this master and saw this master who was so blissful, this person, who himself was a master, said to the great master: “Tell me: who is your teacher? Why are you radiating so much light!?” Then the great one said: “I don’t have one teacher- I have twenty-four teachers.” Then he asked: „Who are these twenty-four teachers?” The master said:” First, above all the teachers, I’ve learned from my parents. Above all, firstly I have learned from my mother, who held my hand and made me walk. Secondly, I have learned from my father who was disciplined,and had shown me, how to sustain myself. My mother has shown me,how to stand on my feet.” Thee man went on like that-he never mentioned anybody apart from the mother and father, the rest he mentioned was about anything that he had seen in his life: the plants, animals... He had learned from every small insect, all together twenty-four. He had learned humility, patience, joy, happiness... all these qualities, just from nature.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

There are many ways to realize divinity within oneself, like there are many rivers that flow to the same ocean. The main thing is to find the simplest form. The simplier it is, the more you feel free in whatever path, in whatever way you are. That is the best way. I can’t tell you the way you will realize God and that way you will not realize God. God is sitting deep inside the heart of man and you just need to focus your mind on your heart. Try your best at all times to feel Him.

The best way is to start loving, without thinking of loving, without asking the question, “How to love?” Train your mind to focus on God. Train your mind to focus on yourself. By focussing, take any divine name, take any divine aspect. Keep chanting the name. Then you realize that you have become one with this name. It’s not the name apart from you, but it’s the name of your own Self.
The more you think of yourself being human, which many people often think about, the more they become human. But the more you think of yourself being the Spirit, being part of Divinity, the more you will become the Spirit and Divinity.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

The more you feel Him, the more you become part of Him. Like it is said also in the Gita, “When one chants the name of God, the Lord takes full possession of the person. The more the person looses oneself, the more he looses the Ego, the pride, the more the person will realise the Divine. But the more one hangs on the pride, the more one hangs on the identity, less it will be there real happiness to be found. So the easiest way that the Lord has given is to sing His glory. Any Divine Names just sing it. And when you sing, let yourself, be drawn into it. Not just try to think with the mind. Especially in the West we like to use the mind a lot, we like to understand thing, with our mind. But our mind has a limit. Does the mind understand the heart? It will never understand. The mind will understand things only, when there is a limit to it. When there is a wall that you can bang yourself, on it, the mind will understand. And then of course you will complain about it, it hurts.
Whereas when you centre yourself in your heart, and awaken this Divine Consciousness, you will always flow. No matter what, you will enter Divine Ecstasy, you will feel different energy flowing through you, where the mind can’t understand it and then the mind will cry, “I want to understand it, but I can’t”. Then the power of the mind decreases; the power of the heart increases. And it’s so simple that what the Lord has send you here to realise. To develop Bhakti and get self-realised.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

If a child wants something, the child will do anything to get it. In the same way, when Jesus talked about how to enter the kingdom of God one has to be like a child who wants it very badly, and who is screaming to the Father, “God give me realization. God reveal Yourself to me. Reveal my purpose of me being here on Earth.” Often we start in this way, but then we loose hope. Many people start, but in the middle, they loose hope and give up. But, of course, it is they themselves that stop the realization, not God.

Love is a word that for centuries has been used and misused. In the name of Love, and in the name of God many bad things have happened. But it’s up to each one you to rectify and to reflect what Love really is. To reflect that you truly are part of God. It’s not just a word, it’s not just a sound, it’s also something we can see with our eyes. You’re the child of God? Then prove that your the child of God. Show that you’re the child of God. Have this deep determination of realizing God. Have this deep desire to realize who you really are. And you will have it.

Let Love be the most important thing in your life. Let God be the most important thing in your life. Because in Him there is everything. Whatever you desire is in Him, in your true Self. Otherwise you will always have things that are limited; and these things will always make you unhappy. Try for real happiness, and really become the Satchitananda that God has created in each one of you. If you really want that, you will have it. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. It can also happen right now. If you are 100 percent sure of yourself everything will be given to you.

Swami Vishwananda tells you today:

Everybody asks the question, “What is the true way, the true path that I should follow?” All paths have beautiful truth in them. All religions have beautiful truth. Truth is when we believe, but it does not mean that one has to be dogmatic. Actually, the greatest truth is in each one of you. And this truth is that you are all a part of God. This truth is above all the religions and all colours and casts. You are a part of God. You are the child of God. And you can reflect the light of God. It is beyond all conceptions of the mind. In this truth everyone is free, and this is the truth that mankind has always to remember.

Often when people use the intellect, the mind, to find the truth they become dogmatic. They close themselves in the tunnel where they don’t see anything else. They don’t see the beauty; they just see what the mind perceives to see. Whereas with the truth in your heart, when it opens up, one sees beyond what the physical eyes can see. There are so many beautiful flowers; it is so beautiful for the physical eyes, isn’t it? But it is much more beautiful to see with the inner eyes. The light that shines through all these flowers, all around you – this is the Truth.

Each particle reflects the light of God – this is the Truth. And this Truth is accessible for everybody. There is not any dogmatic thinking in it. It is free. The only thing is that you need to take a little bit of time to be able to see it. That is up to you. Nobody else can do it for you. You have the grace of the master; you have the grace of God. It is up to you if you want to let go of the power of your mind and gradually achieve the heart. You don’t need to do much; you don’t need to force yourself.
