What I want to share from my experiences is that love conquers everything. It is my hope that it will inspire the readers to open their hearts to the Divine. If we can try to understand that we all are equally part of the Divine and are here to achieve this greater Truth and to realise our Self - if we make this our goal and do everything with Love…then everything will be lovely and you will always be happy.

You are in His Divine hands and He will never let go of you. Never!

Make the ultimate goal of your life Divine love, and surrender to it. You know what God wants from you? Surrender your mind to Him, continuously. Surrender your mind to the lotus feet of God, to the feet of your guru, to the feet of any Divine master. And free yourself. Free yourself from the mind, free yourself from all the misery that you created. So when you free your mind, you realise the Divine everywhere in every aspect, every small thing. Even the clothes you are wearing are divine. Each atom is divine. If you have divine eyes to look at the world with, you will see that it is just the radiated light of God shining through everything. But as long as you don’t come to that realisation, keep trying. Never lose hope. The moment you lose hope, you lose everything. The moment you say, “No, I can’t do it, I can’t do this”, you will not be able to do it. Challenge your fear! Keep reminding yourself that you are part of God. You are in His Divine hands and He will never let go of you. Never! He will be always near to you, even nearer than the breath, the air you are breathing in.

He knows what is best for us, no? So, why don´t we trust Him?.....

It is said, “If you take a bath in the Ganges, or other holy rivers, you get purified of one birth”. But, when you are bathed in the divine name, whatever name, whatever deity you feel close with – the name of Jesus, Muhammad, Rama, Krishna, Devi -, if you get bathed in that divine name, you are released from many births. Misery is removed just by chanting the divine name. Liberation is granted just by realising the connection that you have with the Divine within you. This is where Kriya comes from. When you do Kriya, what you experience is through sound within your body, which, later on, gradually, will reveal itself as light also. Very often, when we talk about the spirit, when we talk about the atma, we have an image of a light. Where does this light reside? It resides within our Self. So in all our spiritual practice, we need to do that only, even if we take many lives, we will attain the lotus feet of the Lord. When praying, what do we pray for? We pray, we ask, and the Divine is not deaf. The Divine always hears the prayer of everybody. If He can hear even the small anklets on the feet of an ant, of course, He can hear our prayer also. But very often we expect, if we pray, that we have to have it very quickly. We are not patient. But the Lord has created us. He knows what is best for us, no? So, why don´t we trust Him? Why don`t we trust in His will? Christ has said, “Let Thy will be done, not my will be done”. This is a great statement that He Himself, being part of the Divine, teaches us to be patient and trust in the will of God. Of the whole of our search, the basis, actually, is trust. To trust what? To trust in whom? To trust in God. But yet, some will say, “I don`t know Him”. But it doesn`t matter; even if we don`t know Him, know that He knows us. When we start trusting in ourselves, trusting in the inner voice, trusting in the light within us, trusting in the inner sound inside of us, then He will start to reveal Himself.

When a leaf falls on a river......

When a leaf falls on a river – do you think the leaf knows where the flow of the river is carrying it? No. Just let go! The wind is blowing the leaf. In the same way, we have to be in the hand of God. We have to be centred in our heart, that – wherever our heart is carrying us – we just open up and let ourselves flow. Life is not just a straight line. For sure this line will go up and will go down. Sometimes you come down. But this is just a game of yourself. Like a game, if you want to rise and rise, you can. But on this way – if ever you go down – know that there is the hand of God to pull you up! While you are falling, get hold of this hand and let this hand pull you up. See, this hand is so great. It will pull you even higher than you were before. Like it is said about children, you give a little bit of a finger, and they just try to get your hand or pull your whole arm. It’s the same with God. The moment you give your hand to Him, He will pull you higher. It’s up to you to make this effort of giving the hand. These past two days I’ve been hearing, “Yes, yes, yes!” It was sweet. The Divine really enjoys it – the ‘yes’. But the ‘Yes’ has not to be outside. It has to be truthful to yourself. Not to me, not to anybody around you, but to yourself you have to say ‘yes’. And the moment this ‘yes’ is without any doubt, without any ‘but’ – what will happen? You will see the Divine hand of God pulling you higher. And you will enjoy this bliss. You will enjoy this love of God every moment. And this is what you are looking for.

Learn to trust and move with this trust.......

He’s there all the time... inside of you, know that whatever you
do, He loves you. He is always next to you like a mother is
near her child. The child only needs to call to the mother
and the mother rushes to the child.
When the child is crying, does the child run to the mother or the mother run to the child? Wherever the mother is, when she hears that the child is crying, she will run.  It doesn’t matter what is in the way, the mother will run to the child.
Here we are talking about the Divine – the Divine, which is even a thousand times greater than a mother – imagine how close He is. We have just to learn to trust that He is always present.
Through this trust you will have the awareness of Him and you will know that nothing in this world is wrong – well, apart from the mind of Man – but whatever nature does is right. Learn to trust and move with this trust. This is one of the things to change if you really want to change. If either you have changed or you want to change, learn to trust.

Sri Swami Vishwananda tells us a story .....

Once, in a town there was a shoemaker. He would make his shoes while chanting God’s name all the time. Whenever he would go to sell the shoes in the town, in the market, he was very sincere. He would tell the people, “Look, I bought the leather for 1€ by God’s Grace. I bought the nails for a few cents and I made a profit of 2 € on it and altogether it cost 5 €, by God’s Grace”. So, he was so sincere. In everything that he was doing, his mind was centred on God and he was accepting everything as God’s Grace. So the people saw this innocence and this love that he had for God and without any bargaining, they would buy the shoes. So it happened one day that, during the night, while he was sitting in his courtyard and he could not sleep, some robbers came and took him with them - they just kidnapped him. And after kidnapping him, they went to another house to rob it. When the owner of the house heard noises, the thieves left the man in the middle, with all the jewellery that they had stolen and they ran away. When the owner saw this innocent man with lots of things from his house, he said, “It’s impossible,” but as he saw that the man had all the jewellery with him, he doubted and he said, “Let me call the police”. He called the police, the police put the man - the shoemaker - in prison and the next day he was brought in front of the judge. And in front of the judge he said, “By the Grace of God, yesterday night I could not sleep. By the Grace of God I went outside of the house and, while I was sitting there, by the Grace of God some robbers came and kidnapped me. And, by the Grace of God, this man found me. And, by the Grace of God, he thought that I came to steal in his house. And, by the Grace of God, I am here”. But, seeing the innocence also, the judge said, “This man is not the one who has stolen. He has spoken the truth”. While coming out of the court, the shoemaker said to his friend, “It is by the Grace of God that I came out”. This shows that, very often, when we do things, we take everything for granted. We forget that behind all our actions, behind all that is happening, there is God’s Grace. And if we start seeing it in this way, we will be very happy. We will find peace in everything.

Faith and Willpower

“Our Mother Earth is the most beautiful planet in the whole universe, not only in our solar system, but everywhere else.” What is so special about her within the whole universe – the universes – is that all the other planets and all the other spheres, they are governed by only one or two elements. As you all know, we have five elements, Earth has all the five elements in Her. That’s what makes Her special. All that is coming out of Her, which is everything that we can see, is made up of these five elements. Even our body, which we took from this earth plane, is made up of these five elements, so we are part of this creation. We are part of Her. It’s sad to see nowadays, how people behave, how people think. This creates a great impact on her, our thinking. It’s so easy to become negative, but very difficult to become positive. I have met many people who ask how to change that. You see, if we analyse how quickly we can change ourselves, that means that inside us we have a very great power. We have a great energy that can change from minute to minute, from second to second, from positive to negative from negative to positive. Why does one get stuck in the space of negativity? Do you think this brings positivity to you? No, it doesn’t. When it doesn’t bring positivity to you, it also affects nature. When nature gets affected, it affects this world, the surroundings that we are in. One person can change a lot. You have seen it in the past what the negativity of one person could do. One person in India – take the example of Ghandi – just one person’s positivity can change a lot also. So imagine, if inside of yourself you can change so quickly and change also not only you, but you can influence the outside and change the outside, then imagine if you become positive, how much it will contribute to Mother Earth, how much it will contribute to Prakriti, to Mother Nature – a lot! For that positivity – if you look at it both ways – I have given you two examples. I don’t want to mention the names, but in these two examples, one which is negative and one which is positive, what has made them really able to change the world? It’s amazing! Both of them are amazing. This is because of the full trust they had in what they wanted. In both ways, each one thought they were doing good, but the intensity of how much they believed in what they were doing, that is what brought the changes. This intensity is present in each one of us, but in place of making us more positive and more trusting in ourselves or making us stronger in our own will, what do we do? We make ourselves weak. Of course, when one becomes weak, one can’t expect what’s around them to be different. It’s like with one’s body – if the hand gets hurt, doesn’t it affect all the body? It does! You feel the pain everywhere. It becomes a handicap that you can’t use the hand because it hurts. Just the same Imagine if you become positive, how much it will contribute to Mother Earth, how much it will contribute to Prakriti, to Mother Nature – a lot! Your positivity can influence everything. One influences firstly oneself – one influences the mind, the body, the spirit. From that, one influences one’s surroundings and the surroundings will also influence nature and nature will balance itself. It’s simple! Well, I can say it’s simple. That’s what many will say “Well, it’s easy for you to say it is simple!” Like I said, it takes everybody together. We want peace in this world, we want peace in ourselves, we want to be happy, we want to make the world happy, so then we have to change. Nobody can change us, only we can change ourselves. It’s not what I am saying that will change you. No, only when you say to yourself “I want to change” with intensity, with full belief in yourself, then you will change. When you change, it will affect your surroundings. It will affect you; it will change you.

Through the grace of God.....

Paramahansa Ramakrishna used to say “The ones who consider themselves wise, are not wise, and the ones who consider themselves not wise are the wisest.” You see, you have to understand the truth that is behind this. Let’s take for example Moses himself. He didn’t have knowledge of anything, but he had the grace of God. Through the grace of God his mission was revealed to him, his dharma was revealed to him. Through the grace of God his way was revealed to him and through the grace of God he attained a very high degree of spirituality. Similarly, know one thing, that whatever happens in your life, you can make an effort, yes. But count not on your effort, count always on the grace of God. Like that, all that you will do will be blessed. All that you will do will be perfect, because it is not you who will do it, not as you in the form of pride and ego. This is how very often when men are focused, they try their very best. They try their maximum, but yet nothing happens without the grace of God. This is one little hint for you that will help you in releasing your pressure that you put on yourself. For example, there are so many great saints, great yogis, ascetics, which are meditating from morning until evening, they meditate in the Himalayas, no? They have become great ascetics through many years of penance, through many years of prayer and chanting divine names, and yet, they are still far away, whereas a simple person from a village, Moses for example, who comes from nowhere, He just takes him and says “OK, you will do this mission for me.” Like that, if you look at the life of Saints, they were not knowledgeable people, but they had the grace of God with them. Through that they have complete trust in the Divine that whatever the Divine is doing for them is for their own benefit and is for their own good. So if God has called you on to this way, if God or your soul has revealed your path to you and you feel this love, this unconditional love inside of you, then hold tight, no matter what, hold tight, be strong! When you make yourself strong, the Divine will give you more energy so that you become even stronger. So never cease to practice, never cease to ask the Divine for help. Make yourself ready, and remind yourself always of the love for God – wherever you are, whatever you do. Like that you will become Love. What is someone who is enlightened? We talk about enlightenment, no? Or self-realisation, what is that? Can somebody tell me? Tell me please, don’t be shy! (someone: “Remembering who we are.”) Yes, remembering who you are. Not only remembering, realise who you are! What is this word “realising” who you are? Enlightenment, who is the light? The Divine, no? Enlightenment means you are radiating the Divine Light, when you start radiating the Divine Light, you become enlightened.

When the mind is in a calm state, when the mind doesn’t bother you, and the pride is not there, you are like a white cloth, no? The Divine is like a golden cloth.

What happens when the white cloth is brought closer to the golden cloth? Automatically the white cloth will start to reflect the golden cloth, no? The golden colour, the same thing, the more you advance towards the Divine, the more you do your effort to advance towards the Divine, the more the Divine will move closer to you. The closer he moves to you, the more his reflection will be on you. Then you become also Divine, then you realise this Divinity – the Divinity which you are already. Then you start to radiate it, you start to reflect it, you start to let it go into action. So whenever tests come, don’t fall into them, be strong. Whenever you feel you are down, know that you are not alone. The Divine is much closer than you think.

We have to be centred in our heart.......

Visit of Swami Atmachaithanya

Hold the hand of God within you any moment, during any time of trouble, any happiness – always think of the Divine, that God is with you in every moment – all the time! So it’s up to you to hold the hand and let yourself be guided.

Let go......

Darshan in Prague 2009
We talk about God and we think about God, but still our mind
can’t comprehend Him, our mind can’t picture Him. Out of His
humbleness, He manifests Himself in different aspects, different
forms, so that we can focus our mind on these forms. And He has
different names, so that we can focus our intellect on these names.
But, we are so absorbed in our learning in order to feed the mind
that we forget about the Reality. By feeding our mind, we always
stay in the mind consciousness, in the mind level. And don’t think
that you will ever be able to understand and Realise your True Self
with your mind. It is only when you surrender your mind to the
Lotus Feet of God that you will really release yourself from this
bondage, from all this suffering. Then you can say “God, here I am.
I surrender to You without anything. Help me; pull me out of this
illusion.”
There is this beautiful story of Draupadi. She was married with
the five Pandavas and she regarded all five equally as her husband.
She loved all of them in the same way. One day they were playing
a dice game with their cousin, Duryodhan. The Pandavas had
put everything they had in this game and they lost everything,
because the dice that they were using were magic dice. So they lost
everything.
Seeing that, the other side, the Kauravas, said to them “What
else do you have? Now that you don’t have anything, we want you
to give also your wife, put in your wife, also.” And the Pandavas
agreed. So they even put their wife in, Draupadi, and they, also,
lost her. So to ridicule them, the Kauravas asked that Draupadi be
brought to the court and they tried to remove her sari. Of course,
when somebody is trying to remove your clothes, if you don’t want
this, what do you do? You hold onto them, no?
So Draupati was calling to Krishna “Govinda, come, where are
you?,” but at the same time, she was holding onto her clothes very
tightly. She kept calling Govinda, but He didn’t come, so she finally
felt tired and she let go. She lifted her hands up and again called
“Govinda.” In that moment, the Lord appeared and the sari started
to flow continuously. They pulled and pulled and pulled, metres
and metres of cloth were coming from her and still they were not
able to remove her clothes. So they renounced and let her go.
One day Draupati finally asked Krishna “Krishna, when I was in
the court, I was calling You. Why did you take so long to come?”
Krishna said “Well, my dear sister, when you called me and said my
name, Govinda, when you said, Go, I was leaving my palace to come
to you. When you said, vinda, I was already there. But when I was
there, I saw that you were hanging onto your clothes, so I didn’t
help you. And only when you let go of things, when you let go of
your clothes, did I help.”

Words of Sri Swami Vishwananda: " Be in the hands of God "

Like I said yesterday in the story of Krishna’s flute, we just give ourselves.
Be like that.
Be in the hands of God.
May you be ready always to be His messenger, His tool, to spread His Love.

Sri Swami vishwananda tells us today something about........

Do not waste your time in wanting things that you know have their limit. Desire the Ultimate, and you shall have it. Surrender your body, mind and soul. Focus on any Divine aspect firstly, and then you realise your Divinity. Remember that whoever you are, even if your advancement is slow or fast, God loves you. He loves you even more than you can think about love, more than the mind of man can think about.

So always trust in this love, always hang on this love, and never let go of Him. He is always with you. Even if you do not feel Him, even if you do not see Him, He is there.

There is this beautiful parable from the Bible where one man was walking on the beach... Do you know about it? A man was walking, and every time he looked behind himself, he saw two more footprints, so four prints in the sand. He was very happy, knowing God was always with him, and he did not have any fear. Once it happened in the life of this man, that he started having lots of problems. Then he noticed at that time, there were only two footprints, and that there were not four footprints in the sand. There were only two footprints. He started thinking, praying to God, saying, “Why, when in times of joy you are with me and I see your beautiful footprints behind me, but in times of pain, you are not with me?” God said, “Don’t misunderstand, my child. These footprints that you see behind you are not yours. They are mine, because in times of trouble, I was carrying you on my shoulders.”

So, God is always with all His children, even in times of the biggest trouble. The point is, when someone has trouble, he focuses so much on the trouble that he forgets about everything. Even if the solution is there, he doesn’t see it. The more you feed the trouble, the more you feed the problem, it will grow. This is your own creation, your own way of feeling it, and when it is finally too much, you say; “Enough is enough!” Then you realise that you can’t change it yourself. You turn to the Lord and say, “Here, I can’t deal with this anymore. Handle it yourself.” Of course, do you think He will not come to your rescue? Directly you will have the solution, and you will realise how easy it was. Then you will say to yourself, “Oh, if I knew it earlier, I would have changed it.” How many times has that happened in your life?

Therefore, when many troubles, many things, come along the way, try to analyse things before taking any casual decision. Try to do it with a calm mind, and not excited, because when your mind is excited, it’s already very hot, and you will not see

anything clearly. You know this, yes? So, always remember the Divine love, the Divine help, the Divinity ultimately within yourself. You are an instrument of this love, an instrument of this joy and bliss and happiness. You have to reflect it, and for you to want to reflect it, you have to really want that reflection.

Sri Swami Vishwananda tells us today.....

God is ever looking after everybody, you have just to trust that he is looking after you, to trust that he is with you all the time, whatever you do; good or bad, he is there! And his love pervades everything. If one percentage of your heart opens up to this Divine love, it’s enough.

This Video is sooo beautiful......

......so we just need to trust God!!!
